CoViD-19 and the different waves - Point of view

st or 2 nd wave?
Where are we ???
And the 3 rd wave, when it arrives?
The world has lost its benchmarks.
Read my point of view

As long as the virus is circulating, contaminations and re-contaminations will exist.
While the virus is in the process of losing its virulence, which is a good sign, because we will pass the 3 rd wave of the epidemic, not the 2 nd wave.

I   - Know the different waves of this pandemic

st wave

If we remember well , between the month of November and mid-December 2019 , we practically all (for the greatest number of the population) had a very strong flu.
A seasonal influenza pandemic has affected virtually everyone in the world.
Personally I have never been seized, and during this period I had to be in bed for 4 days.
Some people I know have spent 10 days or more in bed (especially people with chronic illnesses).
The symptomatology is practically identical to that of CoViD-19
  • Sore throat
  • Disabling dry cough and jerks long enough in duration
  • Sneezing
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Runny nose
  • High fever
  • Aches ...
The treatment that has been instituted (by older generation doctors) is based on ⇒⇒
  • CS3G or Azithromycin (zythromax)
Zythromax was prescribed the most because it responded best to respiratory infections.
  • Paracetamol
  • Vitamin C
  • An anti-inflammatory
  • Spicy herbal teas
  • Bed rest
This treatment has given very good results.
It is true that in some people they have re-prescribed zythromax for another cure.
A pandemic which did not say its name, which did not make much noise, which passed like a seasonal flu and especially that the number of deaths was not counted.
For me, there is no longer any doubt that this is the first wave of the epidemic that has just been attributed to CoViD-19.
This pattern is identical to the first wave of the so-called Spanish flu .
What remains interesting in this first wave and always in my opinion, in people who were sick during this period, have developed (certainly) “adaptive” antibodies and therefore, have immunity (which has considerably reduced the number of people infected).

nd wave

In mid-fortnight of December 2019 and early January 2020 , The world has just been struck by a SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, known as CoViD-19.
The occurrence of this pandemic, in my opinion, is only the second wave of the flu pandemic which did not speak its name, the one we had between the month of November and mid-December 2019.
The virus has undergone a mutation (transformation).
We are talking about an animal towards humans, I think of an interhuman transformation, which gave it this particular virulence and contamination, recalling the “so-called” Spanish flu virus, of which the H1N1 virus was responsible. .
We note that the number of deaths remains moderate, compared to that of the Spanish flu which in 12 months to kill more than 50 million people (other figures speak of 100 million).
When will this second wave end or slow down in its spread?
From my perspective, I think this second wave will subside around mid-August or even the end of August.
Good to know
Following this 2nd wave we will have a respite of 15 days to 1 month, before going or not towards the 3rd wave.
If we have March 1 st waves, we will suffer the to the beginning of October or mid-October.
This wave will be of less importance in time (that it will not last long) and will not be very contagious, for the simple reason that practically the world population will have been immune.
Very important:
If we had taken into account my point of view, we would have prepared ourselves to manage this pandemic as a 2nd wave and not a first wave, and we would have made all the arrangements to undergo it between 6 to 8 months.

rd wave

As I said earlier, in the chapter on the 2 nd , there will be a 3 rd wave, which is less virulent than the 2 nd wave.
I think the 3 rd wave declare to the beginning of October or mid-October.
It will be short-lived because virtually the world's population is immune.
This 3rd wave will end, towards the end of November 2020.
This 3 rd wave may not reach the entire population of the world, even some areas.
This 3 rd wave announce the end of the pandemic.
This is a valid principle in virtually all known pandemics are .

Summary of the different waves of CoViD-19
According to my personal reflection
st wave
Month from November to mid-December 2019
nd wave
of mid fortnight of December 2019 and early January 2020 (and which currently lasts).
Will end, around mid-August, or even the end of August.
rd wave
Around the beginning of October or mid-October.
And will end, towards the end of November 2020.
What is happening now proves me right, like it or not.
Disregard my writings, it's your problem, it's not mine.

II   - For the record  -

The pattern (of waves) that I have just described is identical to the pattern of the Spanish "flu" .
The so-called Spanish flu spread in three waves:
          - A first moderate wave , which resembled a seasonal flu, appeared between March and April 1918.

          - A second wave,  which appeared between mid-September in mid- December 1918.
This second wave is very virulent and causes the death of more than 50 million people (we speak of 100 million people).
          - A third,  less virulent wave occurred between February and March 1919
Most of the deaths occurred during the second wave of the so-called Spanish flu.
The so-called Spanish flu is due to a very virulent strain of the virus (H1N1),
which says virulence says very contagious.
Why it caused so many deaths, because it was war and the soldiers by moving from one place to another, were the transmitters of the virus.
This virus encountered very weakened populations, very stressed, and in the immune resistance was weak, were unable to fight infection.
Pasteur put it so well: the microbe is nothing, everything is linked to the ground .

III - The essentials to know (about CoViD-19)
During this first wave (according to my analysis), 60% of the population acquired immunity.
Adaptive immunity to the virus, which meant that this pandemic did not gain the expected magnitude.
The number of deaths of the 2nd wave (according to my analysis), are victims of this pandemic, I would say “programmed” victims, because most of them have concomitant diseases, even depressed areas.
It would have been interesting to look for antibodies in everyone who had the flu before CoViD-19 appeared.
Recommendation
Having antibodies does not mean going to expose yourself to the CoViD-19 virus.

IV - Epidemic wave vs epidemic wave?

Two options will be considered to suffer or not, the 3 rd wave *  :
1 - This third wave may not occur in countries that have suffered the second wave (very virulent) or, its resurgence in these countries will remain exceptional.
2 - The countries which were not affected or only slightly affected by the second wave, must take all measures to avoid this third wave, which will not be as virulent as the second wave, but may infect a large number of people.
Personal reflection
Important:
The SARS-CoV-2 virus (CoViD-19) is certainly losing its virulence, but not its transmission.
This means that it could be dangerous for a certain category of people.

V - The pandemics of the twentieth century
The 20 th century was marked by three major pandemics
          - Spanish flu in 1918-1919 (50 - 100 million dead)
          - The Asian flu in 1957 (2 million dead)
          - Influenza of Hong-Kong in 1968 (4 million dead)
Read my article:

VI - Why I am making this comparison between the so-called Spanish influenza and CoViD-19

The reason is simple, it is exactly 100 years the world has witnessed the deadliest pandemic 20 th century and has just undergone the first pandemic of the 21 th century.
Hopefully this pandemic will not be as deadly as the Spanish "flu" pandemic.

VII - Chloroquine vs CoViD-19
Chloroquine is a derivative of nivaquine, which itself is a derivative of quinine.
During the Spanish “flu” pandemic, quinine was prescribed as a treatment for the virus and combined with aspirin.
The aim was to reduce the parasitic load by lowering the fever (principle of the treatment of malaria).
Besides, quinine (at the time) has always been used, as soon as a fever appears in a person (perhaps wrongly, only the result counted).

VIII -  Collective and individual prophylaxis or barrier gestures during the so-called “Spanish” flu -
The barrier gestures announced with great media uproar for CoViD-19 already existed during the so-called “Spanish” flu and this dates back 100 years.
For the record, I would like to remind you of the measures taken at the time to stop contamination by the influenza virus:
  • Social distancing which was the only effective before the vaccine
  • Quarantine
  • Wearing masks(To limit the spread of the virus)
Or if a mask is not available , just put on a simple hydrophilic compress soaked in boiled water, placed on the nose and mouth and tied over the ears with a cord
  • Hand washing
  • Rinse your mouth regularly
  • Clean your teeth after each meal
  • Gargle morning and evening with hydrogen peroxide or toothpaste
  • Make nasal aspirations of hot water with bleach
  • Avoid cooling
  • Isolation of patients or hospitalizationIf a case occurs in a family, it is advisable to isolate the patient immediately and, if the accommodation is too narrow, to have him hospitalized.
  • General disinfection   :  Housing - Clothing
  • Dry sweeping of streets and public places is not recommended
  • Blow your nose, sneeze and cough in compresses which will be thrown into a container of formaldehyde.
  • It is recommended to avoid meetings of large numbers both in the open air and in closed places such as places devoted to worship, theaters, cinemas, department stores, the railway ...
  • School closings
  • Recommendation to take quinine and aspirin
