I - Preamble

More than 50 countries and groups are in the race to bring a vaccine to market, supposedly to end the CoViD-19 pandemic.
Behind this frantic race in search of a vaccine, there are scientific issues (of course), but also financial issues (the essential), political issues (to establish their domination over their people) and diplomatic issues (how to achieve the other countries which are and will be at the back of the pack).
The hopes of the people to get rid of this pandemic are taking a back seat, in this frantic race, of challenges.
And it is this people, unfortunately, who will be vaccinated by a vaccine of which we will know almost absolutely nothing.

As a reminder:
There were 139 vaccine candidate projects in the pre-clinical development phase.
Certainly the research approaches are different. - 25 vaccines are in phase 1 - 17 vaccines are in phase 2 - 7 vaccines are in phase 3

No vaccine to date has received marketing authorization.

Know the objectives of the different phases ⇒⇒

          Phase 1 -
Is to determine the safety of the vaccine and to observe the immune response.
          Phase -
Must determine the “optimal” dose, which will be decisive in proving the durability of the protection.
          Phase -
Is that of testing hundreds (if not thousands) of people.
This phase should define the benefit / risk of the vaccine.

See the article below for the different requirements that a vaccine must meet.

Overview of countries, lab and foundation looking for a vaccine
and at the same time a currency entry

The greatest powers have embarked on the search for a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2.
Foundations, laboratories and governments have embarked on a frenzied race whose interests depend on the regimes in place.

Russia and China are not looking for much more than political interests, only financial interests.
Glory to the regimes.

The laboratories have no other objectives than the jackpot.
Put a vaccine on the market as quickly as possible, the aim of which is to collect foreign currency.
In addition to this, the laboratories enter into agreements with states, in order to share any risks (financial and health, especially health) .
To have the green light (from the leaders), to assassinate the people.

Foundations , their interests are linked to laboratories and of course to the blessing of the WHO .
Give the green light to this vaccine.
When we know that the WHO is supplied by funds from the 3 largest foundations in the world.
And above all, do not pay any taxes on the financial jackpot (we know that foundations do not pay any taxes on their large fortunes).

For other leaders of countries that invest nothing and who are and will be (as I have already written), at the back of the pack (and there are many), their main objective is to acquire the vaccine at n at any price and without assessing all the risks associated with this vaccine.
The main thing for these leaders is to establish their credibility.
To be loved and accepted by their people, populism and nothing else.
From a health crisis, we turn it into a political affair, a romantic relationship.

Caution, caution
To date, no vaccine against this family of viruses (corona) has yet been developed.
Unknowns remain (see below in the article)
In this article, I would like to draw the attention of all the rulers of all countries, not to venture too much into the - thoughtless - purchase of a vaccine and especially not to impose a mass vaccination.
The only vaccine that will be valid must meet requirements.
Further down in the article, I defined these requirements.
I am a scientist, responsible.

II - Is there a treatment with CoViD-19?

The goal of treatment is to achieve positive results (cure the sick person).
Currently there is no truly specific treatment for SARS-CoV-2.
However, treatment solutions have been tried, certainly giving results that are debated or mixed.

What's on the anti-SARS-CoV-2 treatment market:

          1 - Antibodies
Either manufactured either in laboratories or taken directly from the plasma of healed people.
I think it would also be interesting to study all the people who had the flu from November to mid-December 2019
          2 - Immunosuppressants (Tocilizumab) *
Drugs that can control the immune response and prevent it from s 'wrap, thus preventing an often fatal cytokine shock .
          3 - Antivirals (remdesivir) *
Block the action of the virus in its process of reproduction (replication).
Remdesivir has shown its effectiveness against coronaviruses:
               - SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)
               - MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome).
Remdesivir could be the drug in the treatment of CoViD-19.
Caution, caution
The use of antivirals in an uncontrolled manner can be responsible for cardiac arrhythmias, hypoglycemia, liver damage and neuropsychiatric effects (agitation, confusion, hallucinations, etc.).
* Only effective on the moderate form of CoViD-19.

Other treatments (which have been publicized)
(most often used in combination) :

          1 - Hydroxychloroquine
Has been used and whose objective is to attenuate the viral load (thus reduce the number of viruses, in the invasion process).
Hydroxychloroquine also has a very important anti-inflammatory action, which plays a role in the anti-SARS-CoV-2 process.
Caution, caution
Never use for self-medication.
An overdose of chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine can be responsible for seizures, cardiac arrest, or even coma.
          2 - Antibiotics
Are also used: Azithromycin and Augmentin (Amoxicillin / clavulanic acid).
3 - In November (2019), with the flu pandemic *(in my opinion and I maintain that this is the first wave of this pandemic), an antibiotic treatment was instituted and responding to: Azithromycin and a CS3G.
The results were satisfactory.
Caution, caution
Antibiotics should never be used for self-medication, as there may be bacterial resistance.
* As long as no one mentioned this flu “pandemic”, which appeared in November 2019.

No one knows where this epidemic started.
History will prove it to us.

As long as no treatment has really shown its effectiveness, it remains to resort to a vaccine, therefore to massive vaccination, which alone can put an end to this pandemic.

III - The Vaccine?

In a nutshell
The vaccine prepares the body to attack disease X, using its own means of defense, which are represented by the immune system.
It allows us to build our own immunity.
For this, the vaccine must be composed of the right ingredients, to trigger a natural immune response.
A good vaccine depends on the vaccine strategy that will be chosen, which means which part of the virus will be used (inactivated, attenuated virus or parts of the genetic code) to trigger the immune response.

IV - Vaccination?

In a few words
Vaccination will allow us to create an immunological memory.
Immunological memory will allow the body to “quickly” set up specific defenses before the development of the infection.
It is the immediate and rapid recognition of the pathogen that can trigger a disease.
A good vaccination (fight evil, with evil), with the right vaccine is a lifelong investment in individual and collective health.

V - Is there any immunity to this virus?

I would say better: SARS-CoV-2
Yes, contrary to what is said almost everywhere.
I maintain that the influenza pandemic from November to mid-December 2019 is due to a Coronavirus, the real NCoV-2019.
Whether we want it or not.
Moreover, in the interpretation of certain RT-PCR tests (for example), leaves some doubt in their interpretations.
People who got the November 2019 flu developed adaptive immunity and as a result were protected against the Chinese virus, which later changed names.
          - 2019- NCoV: (for 2019 (year), N (new) and CoV (CoronaVirus)
          - CoViD-19 (and disease name)
-SARS-CoV-2 (the name of the virus) - see above.

Very important
People who have “the flu from November to mid-December 2019 have antibodies against the Coronavirus and more particularly against SARS-CoV 2.

Returning to our topic question: Is there immunity to SARS-CoV-2?
We answered yes.
It has been reported that convalescents from SARS-CoV-2 have immune cells directed against virus proteins.
Therefore possess T cell type immunity (or T cell response).
T lymphocytes, are the elite groups of our organism, against invaders.
They are the memory of our body (recognize infectious agents).

To better understand:
Lymphocytes are white blood cells capable of recognizing the virus.
There are two categories of T lymphocytes (with subtypes), capable of recognizing the virus and destroying it: T - CD4 and T - CD8.
        - T lymphocytes - CD4 , they are in a way, the conductors of the immune response. - T lymphocytes - CD8 , are killer cells or cytotoxic T lymphocytes. In addition to their role as an armed wing, T-CD4 lymphocytes provide assistance to T-CD8 lymphocytes. - Without forgetting of course the B lymphocytes ,cells of the immune system in charge of the production of antibodies.

And they are also "immunological memory"
All lymphocytes are "immunological memories"

Good to know
Eradication of the virus in the body is above all a cellular response, coupled with the production of specific antibodies (the purpose of which is healing).

VI - The different steps to develop a vaccine (a good vaccine)

Step I -
Identify the strain (isolation)
In our case it is SARS-CoV-2.

Step II -
Choice of vaccine strategy (which part of the virus used) -
     - inactivated virus

     - attenuated virus
     - or pieces of the virus (the genetic code)
6 to 9 months will be devoted to this stage.

Stage III -
The clinical study
This study takes place in 3 phases (see above)
6 to 9 months will be devoted to this stage.

Stage IV -
Marketing authorizations (AMM).
These authorizations are different from one country to another, from one continent to another - ANSM (France), EMA (European Union), FDA (United States) ...

VII - The requirements of a good vaccine

Before launching headlong into the purchase or acquisition of a vaccine in order to satisfy states or laboratories or to establish its credibility for its people, the vaccine in question must meet certain requirements.
I have listed the main requirements in this chapter (there are probably others).
Regarding the virus responsible for this pandemic.

The recognition of SARS-CoV-2 and the cure of CoViD-19 depend on two factors:
The lymphocyte cell response and the production of specific antibodies and above all devoid of any side effects in the medium and long term (no laboratory producing vaccines cannot meet this requirement).

The vaccine that will be produced must meet several requirements ⇒⇒

1 - Immunogenic requirements  - The first immunogenic condition, it must induce the production of specific and neutralizing antibodies.                - The second immunogenic condition, it must guarantee a powerful and above all constant cellular immunity. 2 - Requirement for the choice of adjuvant  It is a substance which makes it possible to increase the immunogenicity of the vaccine. In short, it will make the vaccine more potent in order to boost the immune response. For this reason, the adjuvant must be communicated. Good to know

It could be in a preparation in a hurry, it is the adjuvant which will give an immune response and not the vaccine preparation (zone phenomenon). 3 - Requirement for better safety  What is the dose to be injected (optimal), which will allow protection without causing toxicity. 4 - Requirement of good tolerance  Is to ensure that the vaccine is well tolerated and without any harmful effects. 5 - Requirement on the vaccine booster phenomenon (re-boost the immunological memory)  Is it necessary to do one or more booster shots? This remains interesting to know in order to avoid possible side effects. 6

          - Requirement to know the risky or inadvisable situations of the vaccine
To understand: the contraindications of the vaccine - Requirements on the precautions for use of the vaccine  Assessment of the benefit - risk balance. - Requirements on undesirable effects  Beware of the appearance of Guillain - Barré syndrome (especially encountered in influenza vaccines). 9 - Requirement of good monitoring of adverse effects  In the medium and long term. Effects likely to occur, because the vaccine will be used on a very large scale of the population.

My question

Will this speed of vaccine production meet these requirements?
My answer is no

We will leave it to the laboratories that are working on the subject to demonstrate the opposite and especially that their vaccine will meet our requirements.
To the governments of the countries which want to acquire this vaccine, you will do it, but a recommendation, to start making you inoculate it to you and your families and 90 days later, offer it to the people.
90 days is a minimum.

VIII - Collective immunity? Benefits and Risks

In the absence of an effective treatment and of a useful and necessary vaccine, there remains the path of the search for a collective immunity which is still called “group immunity”.
The stop and go strategy, described in my last article, gives the procedures to follow to obtain the desired results.
The stop and go strategy is not a do-it-yourself strategy that relies on confinement and deconfinement done in a thoughtless way, which is done currently and by professionals (so-called).
The stop and go strategy is a strategy that must be well prepared and well supervised.

To better understand the bases of this collective immunity?

To understand collective immunity, one must first understand what individual immunity is.
Individual immunity?
When a person X comes into contact with a pathogenic agent (microbe: bacteria, virus…), his body will set up a whole defense process.
The defense process is represented by the immune system.
The immune system will produce antibodies, which will destroy this pathogen.
This is called an Antigen – Antibody reaction.
Antigen A, Antibody Anti-A.
What remains interesting is that after the destruction of the Antigen (the pathogen), the organism continues to produce the antibodies for a more or less long time.
This production of antibodies represents the principle of individual immunity, which allows the organism to be able to protect itself if a new attack by the same pathogen takes place.
Collective immunity?
Collective or group strategy (we call it what we want), results from the same principle.
If a population X , represented by a number - N - is infected by the pathogen, this population will be immune, so it will break the chain of transmission of the virus.
This number - N -  of infected persons, will protect individuals who have not been in contact with the pathogen.
Unfortunately this number - N-, varies from one pathogen to another.

As for SARS-CoV-2, the number - N - is estimated at 66%, or 2/3 of the world's population, who will need to be infected for the pandemic to stop - just estimates -.
The strategy of researching collective immunity remains very interesting, and must be implemented in a thoughtful, well-prepared way and not as a DIY strategy.
The confinements and deconfinement have given only mixed results.
In some countries, we have not even done containment, although they talk about deconfinement (this is called DIY). - The advantage of collective immunity, as we have already said, is to put a stop to the spread of the virus, therefore to the disease. - Disadvantage

of this strategy is the miscalculation that will be made by the pandemic monitoring commissions and certain government decision-making.
The strategy is good, but be careful, when it deteriorates (speaking of the situation), it becomes a risk for the entire population.
I proposed in two of my articles how to carry out this strategy, stop CoViD-19 and restart the economy.

Good to know -
To achieve collective immunity, you have to wait until the end of November.

IX - Summary of the different waves of CoViD-19 According to my personal reflection

- 1 st wave
Month from November to mid-December 2019
- 2 nd wave
In the middle of the month of December 2019 and at the beginning of January 2020 (and which currently lasts).

Will end, around mid-August, or even the end of August.
- 3 rd wave
Around the beginning of October or mid-October.

And will end, towards the end of November 2020.

It is on this date that collective immunity will have been reached.
What is happening now proves me right, like it or not.
Disregard my writings, it's your problem, it's not mine.

X - Conclusion

Listening , Learning , Adapting ,  are the keys to success .
Listen to learn and learn to adapt .

We will leave the choice to those who manage this health crisis to take the necessary decisions, but when they know that they are in total failure of the management of this health crisis, that they at least have the honesty to recognize it.
This management of this health crisis is a total failure.
Come back to the discussion table, invite people and find solutions for everyone's benefit.
Whoever wants to make his name shine, has only to publish, write articles, books, give lectures.
I tell these officials not to rush to acquire a vaccine in a hurry, let the month of November pass and we will talk again about this pandemic and of course about a vaccine.
A man warns is worth two (to those who understand).
